| Consulting Services.
In addition to Cana’s basic Management Services, we also offer Consulting Services. These are services to assist Board members govern their Co-ops more effectively. We offer services in six areas. In order to help with long term planning we have our Replacement Reserve Plan service. When budget season is upon you, we have our various Budget Packages to meet your needs. If you have a large project on the go, we have our Project Administration Liaison Service that lets you leave the worrying to us. If you have issues arise that could result in taking action with a member we have our Termination Services to help cut your legal costs. If meetings are a challenge for you, we have our Meeting Services, which include things like minute taking and meeting chairing. We also offer a variety of workshops, including Board, Membership, Finance and Participation. If we do not have a prepared workshop to meet your needs we also offer Special Topic Seminars that can be prepared with your specific needs in mind. Cana is growing and changing to meet the needs of our clients.
