Maintenance Management.

Cana has expanded their basic Financial Management Services and now offers Maintenance Management Services. We do not physically do the work, but we make all the arrangements to ensure it is done for you. We seek to enhance the existing processes already established in your Co-op with our proven procedures.

We process work orders, liaise with trades, establish and follow through with an annual maintenance calendar, monitor an emergency maintenance phone service, and generally help you maintain the physical property at its best. We strive to make it easy for your members to access this service and will accept repair requests via phone, fax, email, and through your Co-op’s on site office.

We also offer administration services around larger projects like roofing, exterior painting, or any other major project you may choose to undertake.
